Krisanne Souter
Krisanne Souter, born in 1979, is a Canadian artist who explores the connections between materials, nature, and feminine symbols. Growing up as a wilderness explorer and later training as a florist and potter, she developed her artistic skills at Sheridan College while raising her family in Northern Ontario.
Now based near Lake Superior, her artwork blends elements of nature with ancient feminine archetypes like the Mother and the Mystic. Drawing from her background in floristry and pottery, her creations are vibrant, intuitive, and dreamlike, inviting viewers to explore both the tangible and intangible aspects of existence.
